If to look, how, for example, regedit works under Win2000, it's not possible to be completely sure in "unknown" browser.
But from another side... I tested IE 5.5 and Netscape 4.77 under Win2000.
Run "...exe" creates a new instance.

Shell question
Can the Shell statement be trusted to have a synchronous shell on all platforms?
I need to call a unique IE browser instance based on the htm extension.
I'm using FindExecutable() then running the shell statement and wait until it's destroyed.
Can this combination be trusted?
(Nescape etc..)
