Possible to convert this from Visual Basic to Powerbasic?

A very crafty VB coder by the name of Edanmo has created a ShellExecute Hook - basically an ActiveX DLL that, when installed (using a .inf file) is invoked by Windows everytime you open a directory or try to run a file, its a very cool DLL, full source included - http://www.domaindlx.com/e_morcillo/...l&file=shlexec (13kb)

I can convert about 90% of Visual Basic to Powerbasic without any hassles, but this one has got me buggered! Being ActiveX and all
Is anyone good enough with both VB and PB to convert this gem to Powerbasic?

Sven I agree, it's an absolute gem but I hate having 1.5+mb worth of VB runtime libraries, not to mention slow VB code (imagine how smooth it would run in PB )

Sven I havent started because there are parts that I know I wouldnt be able to convert, namely the ActiveX side of things, i dont even know if Powerbasic is capable of doing this!
