The benefit of Farpoint is the very freq. updates and for a long time too.

The update is only ~79$ wich is very cheap and maybe 1 or 2 years free updates again.

In my search for a grid control, I've found several different implementations, from
modified ListView controls to some owner-draw-based versions, but I haven't found one
that really "puts it all together". Among commercial 3rd-party controls there's FarPoint
and SiGrid: FarPoint is very good and also very expensive, while SiGrid is less expensive
but I haven't looked at it's feature set too closely yet.

But before I take the plunge and spend money, is anyone here working on a code-based grid
control or know where I can find some good, solid examples?
