  • Toolbars and WS_TABSTOP..

Noticed something funny - in a DDT dialog I happened to add WS_TABSTOP
style to a toolbar with flat style buttons and suddenly keyboard can be
used to navigate between keys. Key in "focus" is shown in up-state. Is
exactly what I, and many of my users, have been missing with MS ToolBar
control, so happy to see it can be done.

This seems to work in both Modal and Modeless dialogs, but - when I try
the same in SDK-style windows (CreateToolBarEx or CreateWindowEx), I cannot
    get same behaviour. Strange..

Will investigate why tonight, but maybe someone already knows why tabstop
style in toolbar works in dialogs, but not SDK-created windows?

    It works for SDK also.
No idea about MDI, but for ordinary windows you need IsDialogMessage only.

Just tested in my own MDI editor with flat style buttons, and when I added
IsDialogMessage trap to message pump it works! Thanks for the tip, Semen!
