    If you can find the format, within OE or outlook you can export account settings into an "iaf" file

    For the current version of OE, I believe it's stored somewhere under the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager", however I believe this is different for earlier versions of OE. And Vista uses Windows Mail, which is a completely different mail client. In my opinion, you're far better off just asking for the user to specify what SMTP/POP3/IMAP4 server(s) they want to use with your application.
