They grew up and now live happily ever after?

I still wonder what happened to Borge every time I use InClean. I suppose one must now assume the worst, and if that is correct, then he has certainly left a wealth of information, and made his mark.

Good to see you back Wayne.

Lance was rumored to have purchased (for way too much) another compiler package (on ebay of all places!). That never seemed to pan out though, and Lance has yet to be heard of since. I forget the price tag, but I think it was north of 50k. My guess is that he couldn't raise the money after all and the owner wasn't able to find anyone else foolish enough to pay that kind of cash in this market.

              Lance left PB:

Tom bought IBasic and disappeared (seemingly):

              ..and Borje just disappeared (seemingly):

Semen Matusovski seems to still be around, but posts a lot less.

Last I heard (which, admittedly was a while ago), Tom is alive and well living somewhere in New Mexico or Arizona.

Are you thinking about IBasic? Tom was who ended up buying it, but then apparently dropped the ball. The transaction did actually go through, but nothing was ever done with the product. What exactly happened is unknown (at least to most of us), but the end result was company he had bought imploded. There was also all the drama of the forum hacking and whatnot back then. How time flies.

It doesn't help when the person Tom bought the company / language from starts a new company selling the same software he sold Tom and funded it with the 50K he ripped Tom off for. Tom never had a chance.

Lesson: Pay a lawyer a couple hundred bucks to look over the deal before spending that kind of money on anything.

Semen is available, he answers e-mails and I think his posts brought him some popularity.

Which he really deserves because he's one of the best programmers I've ever seen.

Actually he has own software products he is working on, and he gets contract works from all over the world, so his time for posting is definitely reduced.
