That is, I think you need to specify "the file MSXML4.INC as used in <some post>" for anyone to have so much as a clue what it is you seek.

I am guessing what you want is the Component Object Model header file for PB for the Microsoft MSXML interface version 4... in which case you can create it yourself using your PB COM Browser.
