It suddenly dawned on 'ol lead-head here that I was using:
col * FontWidth
instead of
col + fontWidth

Mel,
I think you need to use GRAPHIC TEXT SIZE. "This allows you to easily calculate the appropriate print position, particularly when using a proportional font."

Question on Graphic Set Position.
Or maybe it's just a case of brain-lock.
In a pure graphics environment, I need to place text on the graphic screen not unlike LOCATE row, col.
As I understand it, Graphic Set Pos "locates" in pixels.
The question is: How can I use font size to calculate where to locate text so as not to squeeze the text too tightly or space too far apart?
