I have two comments of my own.
Why do we have 'if(x<c){x++;c++;}'?
I was going to contact Professor Marsaglia but on searching for an email address I learnt that he died on 15 February 2011 aged 86. Only two years before that he made a call for multipliers for lags of 8192, 16384, 32768 or higher. What a guy!
I can muddle through an attempt to use assembler in the section ' { Assembler here would be nice' but there are others here far better qualified than myself. Any takers - Mr Gleason?
