  • What is a HANDLE to an ARRAY() ?? How do you get one??

    DIM MY_ARRAY(9) AS STRING

    How do you get a HANDLE to that array?

    I'm not a expert in this. It could be VARPTR, but I think it is STRPTR. VARPTR points to the table and STRPTR points to the string data.

    maybe this helps?

    Code:
      LOCAL h AS STRING PTR
      DIM my_array(9) AS STRING
      h = STRPTR(my_array(2))
      ? HEX$(h)
      EXIT FUNCTION
