As in, Run as Administrator elevation, yes?

I've not gotten that exact message but have gotten variations on it.

Probably due to the file name ALL_UPDATE.EXE , you need to change it to something else probably ALL_getup2date.exe ?

any filename such as INSTALL , Setup will bound to require an elevation of rights
