XP look alike buttons without XP Theming

Lots of examples of nice looking button designs, but I'd like to see an example of XP Theme style buttons without using xpTheme.xml.

Reason, I want to completely control which controls have the XP Theme look, namely right now only buttons.

Excellent. The last example (at bottom of page) does not include the .INC file.
As a note, the download at the bottom does NOT include the others so you may wish to download them all.
