D3DX Missing COM?

Hello,

Should DirectX be available via the COM browser? I found this article regarding DirectX COM programming from Microsoft. Programming DirectX with COM - Win32 apps | Microsoft Docs

José Roca's includes have a full set of D3Dxxxx.inc files which contain the various COM interfaces etc.

I was actually interested in attempting to write my own for educational purposes but I guess this would be a good place to start regardless. I am interested how José Roca written the inc files without the use of COM browser and why COM browser doesn't recognise them.

Because it needs a type library and Windows does not provide one for it.
