It's not really ready but you may find it handy..

Editor Version 1.01
Does no longer crash if you build the same cab file twice.
Checks the files before creating cabfile.
Removal of added items possible.
Shifting places between items possible. (drag mouse)
Tooltips to help you a bit more..

I think you're short-changing yourself by only mentioning the cabinet file routines. There is a lot of userful stuff on your site!
