This is the closest forum I could think of to post a little problem
I am having. If it's not appropriate, please accept my appologies.
I have a 3-PC network configured as a 10/100 ethernet. One PC is
a 16-bit ISA win/95, another is a PCI win98 or ME and the third is
a straight DOS 6.2 16-bit ISA.
The two windows PC's are okay. I have full file / resources sharing
and these PC's are happy.
The trouble is the DOS 6.2 PC. I got it to where it can see both
windows PC's but neither windows PC can see the DOS PC. I have
tried everything I can think of: Installing SHARE.EXE, path and
just about everything else. Diagnostics on the DOS PC reveals the
network card is not malfunctioning.
Any body have any ideas. Would be REALLY appreciated.
Thanks
Cheers
Mel
