Skins or Theming for Superclassed controls

I've got several superclassed controls that I would like to investigate using a skin engine or windows theming with.

I've created gradient tab controls and gradient toggling buttons ok with the superclass method but thought I would check and see what is available as an add-on to make my life easier.

Winlift probably is the best I've seen but unsure what's involved when it's a superclass. Any advice?

If you use superclass, then better to handle everything yourself.
