I do not see a place on the order page to go from 4.0 PV to PRO. I see a button for V4 PV at $49 and the upgrade for v1,2 or 3 users to the pro.

Not only has the command set significantly increased, more controls have been added and new graphics features added, but the biggest difference is the new Visual Designer.
