Hello and welcome to the Converter Project! In order to get along I want to suggest a few simple rules for the way we operate. It's a very short list. 
1. As coordinator please send all communication to PB about this project through me. The PB admins have access and I'm sure they will monitor everything we do here, but I need to be sure our system is working smoothly. So please don't cut me out of the loop.
2. Be nice! We're all working together to do something very very worthwhile.
3. Constructive criticism is welcome. Flames, insults, and comments about ancestry are NOT!!
4. See rule #2.
