    Use vB Codes. Look at the bottom left of this page for a box titled Posting Rules. There will be a line that says vB code is on, click this link and it will take you to a page that lists all the available vB codes. You can also read the FAQ's at http://www.powerbasic.com/support/pbforums/faq.php - see the reading and posting messages FAQ.

    Basically you do:
    [code]
    My Code
    [/code]


    which will be converted to
    Code:
    My Code
