Mark Read and Return to Index

Any chance on adding this to the Dropdown in a Forum or turning the existing into this? I find I do this more than anything and this would save me hundreds of clicks...I've seen it on a couple other forums I use and it works nice.

On each forum, under 'Forum Tools' dropdown - you can mark that one forum as read...

On the main forum, under 'Quick Links' dropdown - you can mark all forums read...
